Things to know before arriving:
Our 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms, dining room and living room are fully furnished and comfortable. All linens are supplied. We know that our condo will be the perfect setting for your next St. Augustine vacation.
Please Note: Our condo is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
Driving Directions:
From the South: Travel I-95 North and exit on SR-206 (Exit #305), head East until you reach A1A, turn left heading North approximately 3 miles. Colony Reef will be on the right side.
From the North: Travel I-95 South and exit on SR-207, turn left on SR-207 and continue traveling until you reach SR-312 (on the corner you will see the St. Augustine Record). Turn right on SR-312. While on SR-312, you will pass US-1 and go over a bridge, crossing the inter-coastal waterway. After the bridge turn right on A1A. After passing Winn Dixie on the right, you will get in the left lane and when you see Colony Reef turn left.
When your reservation is booked we will issue you a code to enter through the security gate. Continue through the gate, the building is straight ahead, park and you will find the unit 2106 on the ground floor, past the elevator.
