From the South: Travel I-95 North and exit on SR-206 (Exit #305), head East until you reach A1A, turn left heading North approximately 3 miles. Colony Reef will be on the right side.
From the North: Travel I-95 South and exit on SR-207, turn left on SR-207 and continue traveling until you reach SR-312 (on the corner you will see the St. Augustine Record). Turn right on SR-312. While on SR-312, you will pass US-1 and go over a bridge, crossing the inter-coastal waterway. After the bridge turn right on A1A. After passing Winn Dixie on the right, you will get in the left lane and when you see Colony Reef turn left.
When your reservation is booked we will issue you a code to get into the gate. Continue through the gate, the building is straight ahead, park and you will find the unit 2106 on the ground floor, past the elevator.
